Add ProjectZomboidCmdLog (cmd.txt)

Per-line client RPC trace. Parser captures only the timestamp;
analysers decompose steamid/player/command/coords via CmdPattern::FIELDS.
Detectors: filename match plus content signature on the
'steamid "name" command @ x,y,z' line shape.
