    Adds IP-address redaction (IPv4 + IPv6) to the PZ redactor, a new
    ErrorContextAnalyser for surrounding-context surfacing of ERROR /
    WARNING entries, and the tools/pz-analyzer/ Python toolset
    (deterministic classifier and pre-production Qwen-driven research
    analyser). Fixes DebugServerPattern::LINE so PZ B42 server logs
    parse with proper level/prefix attribution again — silently
    disabled since The Indie Stone dropped the per-line t: field on
    the way to build 42.17.
